On this page you can download all you need to organise and advertise Sing Christmas.

POSTERS AND INVITATIONS
The first row in the download section below contains the A4 event poster and a sheet of A6-size invitations placed “four-up”. Both documents have blank spaces for you to fill in your venue details.

With the PDF document, you print it out and fill in the details by hand. As an alternative to filling by hand, you can use a word processing or DTP program for this. Just carefully position the venue details to print in the blank space on your (already printed) poster.
On the Word documents, you’ll find that there’s an editable text box for the venue details (while the standing part of the document is held in the header, in the background). Just type in your details and print out.

NOTES FOR VENUES
The second row below contains notes for venues, which gives venue organisers all the information needed to join in with Sing Christmas.

SONG SHEETS (INCLUDING RUNNING ORDER)
The song sheet, which everyone will need to sing along with the broadcast, is on the third row below and available in several formats:

A5. Most people will probably want to use the A5 size, because it is easier to handle. You should print this on two A4 sheets double-sided and then fold. In the PDF, the A5 pages are arranged in A4 landscape ‘spreads’ such that when printed backed-up, and the sheets are collated and folded, the title page is the front and the pages are in number order. Back up the front and back cover with pages 2 and 7, and back up pages 6 and 3 with pages 4 and 5. You may need to test this a few times before you print the full run, ensuring that you have turned the paper over correctly so as not to have any upside-down results!
A4. There is a larger text version, with seven pages which you can print double-sided onto four A4 sheets.
A4 giant print. There is a giant text version, with 16 pages which you can print double-sided onto 8 A4 sheets.
Braille. A Braille copy is available on request – please order by 3 December, email jeff@singchristmas.org.uk. There will be a cost for this. We thank Torch Trust for producing the Braille version.

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
A PowerPoint presentation of the song sheet will be available nearer the time of the broadcast. If you would like this, email jeff@singchristmas.org.uk and it will be sent to you via email. This will not be downloadable from the website. A data projector is required to show the presentation.
